I think we should keep 4 RB.. Clinton, Rock/Betts, Sulton

In that order.

It should be like this

3 QuarterBacks - Ramsey, Brunell, Hasselbeck

4 Running Back - Clinton, Rock/Betts, Sulton

4 Wide Receivers - Coles, Gardner, Mccants, thrash, Gari Scott (sorry jacbos you were one of my favorites but you have to show us not to get injuried so much. He gaine 10 pounds of muscle so that should be good)

4 TE Rasby, Cooley, Sellers, Robert Royal

2 Centers - Friedman , and Raymer

5 OT - Jansen, Samuels, Kenetyya Jones, Mark Wilson, Marlinro

4 OG -- Thomas, Dockkery, Spriggs, Ray Brown

4 DT -- Griffin, Noble, Salave'a, Killings

4 DE -- Wynn, Daniels, Upshaw, Warner,

2 MLB - Barrow , Mitchell

5 OLB - Arrington, Washington, Lemons, Khary, Pierce

2 FS - Taylor, Lott

2 SS - Franz, Bowen

5 CB - Smoot, Springs, Harris, Ralph Brown, Bauman

1 K - John Hall

1 Punter - Tupa

1 Long Snapper - Ethan

Uh, that is 5 WR, and you have spriggs listed twice

I'm not sure if this is supposed to be the ACTIVE roster (5 guys get scratched) or full 53 man roster, because I count 49 guys here.

i'd say we drop an OLB, Lemons or Khary, we don't need 5, and keep Taylor Jacobs, i think you've got to give a WR at least 3 years in the NFL before you can call him a flop. We might even drop one of those DTs, if they want to keep Gary Scott as well, he seems to be impressing coaches. And i think we'll probably keep all 4 RBs, probably even put john simon on the taxi squad because none of the backs seem to be able to stay healthy.

What about Morton?

i just remembered him, that's why i'm reposting, my guess on our final 4 TBs are portis, betts, rock, and morton...chad's got to be there as our return man, pretty hefty Signing Bonus, plus he's pretty dangerous as a reciever from the backfield. I'd say simon or mccullough make the practice squad. although some team might grab mccullough.

i think gibbs really likes rock's work ethic, plus he's stayed healthier than the other backs in camp so far.

I find it unlikely that we'll keep 12 O-Linemen (including the long snapper). I doubt we'll keep Spriggs and Brown - maybe one of them.

We'll keep at least 5 te/hb's. Griff you omit Rasby who certainly will make the team. Baxter is a long shot. My guess would be Rasby, Royal, Sellars, Cooley, and Kozlowski.

I think there is also a chace we'll cut K. Mitchell since we have so many good young lb's and I don't know we want to pretty old MLB at the expense of one of the young ones. We also played Pierce at MLB last game - I think if he shows well there, it's another idication of us letting Mitchell go.

Rufus Brown has also had a great camp and has been spoken of highly and has a chance to make it.

You are most likely correct upon me giving it further thought. I do think we will keep Rasby, but I don't see Royal making the team. The reason I say Baxter is he was hand selected by Coach Gibbs and has allot of years under his belt. Us not seeing them in practice everyday makes it hard to speculate.

As far as o-line is concerned, I think it will be Buges call on how many to keep. I am quite sure Ray Brown is here to stay this year, he brings a solid back up, with veteran leadership. Spriggs, I don't know much about him, with the exception he has been in the league a while.

I would also agree that K. Mitchell could get cut, I love our young LB's also, especially Devin Lemons.

I love Ru Brown, he is my dark horse to make this team.

This is a TOUGH exercise. Here's my thoughts.

QB -- Brunell, Ramsey, Hasselback.

RB -- Portis, Rock, Betts, Morton

HB -- Kozlowski, Sellers, Cooley

TE -- Rasby, Royal

WR -- Coles, Gardner, McCants, Thrash, Jacobs

OT -- Samuels, Jones, Spriggs, Wilson

OG -- Thomas, Dockery, Brown

C -- Friedman, Raymer, Albright

DE -- Upshaw, Daniels, Wynn, Warner

DT -- Griffin, Noble, Haley, Salave'a

MLB -- Barrow, Mitchell, Smith (for special teams)

OLB -- Arrington, Washington, Pierce, best special teamer probably Marshall

CB -- Springs, Smoot, Harris, Brown, Bauman

S -- Bowen, Taylor, Lott, Franz

K -- Hall

P -- Tupa

This leaves Molinaro, McCullough, Clemons, White and a handful of others for the practice squad.

Looks good Art, I didn't even think about moving one of Buges new boys like Molinaro or Wilson to the PS. I have a question for you, if they are put on the PS can another team take them off our PS if they are going to use them on the active roster?

I noticed the same thing. Maybe the emergence of Gari Scott has something to do with it.
