Actually, I was talking to a buddy of mine today at work, he keeps up with all the band news better than I do, and he says their album is coming out in June. I'm not familiar with the Floyd cover, I'll have to check that out.

The problem is, that Dave would try to make a reunion of him and Van Halen out to be a "they needed me more than I needed them thing," and would probably make all sorts of dumb comments in the media like "The only true Van Halen singer returns," and "they finally came around." (remember when OU812 came out, Dave said the new album was called Oh, u miss him too!...albeit that is funny) Eddie would never stand for that, he would not allow Dave to come back into the fold, and basically dis 12 years of Van Halen's career with his stupid egotistical comments. I like the early Van Halen albums with Dave, but he really is an a**hole.
Mr. S
Axl is a jacka$$, I have a friend who's parents have met him on more than one occasion and said how much of a punk he is. Slash is having a good side project with Slash's Snakepit.

There were actually people booing in the stands they sucked so bad. Well, I blamed it on the alcohol as to why they sucked. I thought I was so F'd up, it was actually me. Because of this, I went to go and see them again :shot: :hammer: :shot: Everyone I went with thought they sucked A$$ this time!!! We actually left during the concert because they were so bad. On top of Axil sounding like William Hung live, they had the audacity to walk off stage because people were throwing crap at them. Axil told the crowd to f-off and walked out back for 20 min. This was only three songs into the concert!!!! We ended up staying for two more songs before we walked out. Absolutely the worst live performance I've ever seen, and I've been to probably over 100 concerts. Noticed you're in Boston...did you go to the Foxbourough (sp?) show? I was at that one...and Axl and the band royally sucked it up.

Hell yeah...saw him with Primus and then back when he was touring on his acoustic dub "Colma" album...talk about some moving sh*t. Even met him backstage without the mask, though I don't think I was supposed to be there..... He really is the best guitar player anywhere right now....
