Interesting post, rob. I've been underwhelmed by these DL signings today, wondering whether these guys are any upgrade over the crop of guys brought in last year.

I haven't read up much on Griffin and Daniels yet, so these numbers are encouraging. I also liked a comment I heard about Daniels - that the coaches like his motor. To me, that's a key ingredient in a good DL.

I'm with you Dan. I really don't think we've improved our DL much at all at this point. I'm also extremely underwhelmed by the Springs signing. I'm still waiting patiently though to see what goes down in the next few days as well as in the draft.

Taylor is now officially a luxury we can't afford. We HAVE to trade down and take Udeze or Harris and get another DL with the additional 2nd rounder we pick up.

Are you guys kidding? Griffin is a HUGE improvement on what we had last year. I don't know much about Daniels. But etiher way we still have better coaching which will produce better results.

what are you talking about? our DL has vastly improved already. if springs stays healthy i guarantee we wont be missing roland. an improved pass rush(which we WILL have) will also take pressure off the CBs, so far things are looking good.

The line was just not good last year. What we have so far has got to be an improvement, but a little more wouldnt hurt.
