skinsbosoxheels
Let's all assume we trade Bailey to Detroit for the 6th pick...we take Sean Taylor at #5 and Mike Williams at #6...now we trade Gardner and Chris Samuals...who are both no better than average...for some draft picks in the 3rd and 4th rounds...we take a running back in the 2nd round...there are plenty of good ones...we pick up a DL and CB in free agency

Funkyalligator
I'll take that assumption.....with the 5th pick in the draft we take Robert Gallery....we trade down the 6th pick to Houston to get their 10 and 2nd rounder.....than we wait to see who is there at 10....if Udeze or Harris is there we take them....if not...we trade down again and pick up more picks....additionally we trade Samuels for a second round.....thus are relieved of his a**hole agent Sexton and his huge salary cap figure........in the second round we take Jake Grove if he is available...if not then we draft DL/DE

They're talented, but inconsistent. I don't think we should trade any of them, and as for champ i say we trade him for Portis. 3,099 yrds in two years? forget the draft he's a supa star! ------------------------ 0-16, 19-0, skins fan till i die!!! citigent
samuels is not average although he had an average year last year, gardner is average, maybe slightly better, and while im all for taking taylor over d-linemen, but i dont see taking a wr over the d-line or te (kw2), however with the 5 and 6 pick i say taylor at five and trade the 6 for more picks
EvoSkins
The Skins do not need a WR in this draft. I repeat, the Skins do not need a WR in this draft. I agree with taking Taylor at #5, but trade #6 back for mor picks and draft a stud DL. Samuels is worth keeping if he can renegoiate his contract. Winey is not ready to be the full-time starter and Gallery might be gone before #5. Gardner is a little above average who needs to work on actually catching the ball. I don't think hes going anywhere.
Redskins11
Theres no way the Giants pass on Gallery, he is defintley their guy
atloldskin
I agree. If this is the scenario, we draft Taylor at #5 and trade the #6 pick for at least a first and second rounder, especially since we will lose a third rounder for Brunell. Look for DL help in the draft from: Starks, Wilford, Udeze, Smith, Tubbs, Lavilius, Dockett, etc. We should be able to get two of these guys. TLusby
Who in their right mind is going to take on Sammuel's contract and give up any draft pick? Show me the fool and we need to arrange some more deals with them. Maybe, the Lions!
OURYEAR#56
How about using that 6 pick to trade with the Patriots and get both of their first round pick. Then use one of those first round picks to trade for a Resticted Free Agent, or multiple picks?
tvan
No way we need a WR here. Anyone noticed that the Camp Fodder is wearing #8? Has this always been this way or just since MB agreed to come in.
TheDarb
Notice that #8 is RIGHT handed.
