Potato Sack
http://www.raiders.com/team/coaches.jsp "The Oakland Raiders have named Norv Turner Head Coach. Turner, 51, has 19 years of pro coaching experience. Turner was Head Coach of the Washington Redskins from 1994-2000. The Redskins enjoyed winning campaigns in four of the seven seasons that Turner was head coach, including two in a row in 1999 and 2000. He most recently served as the offensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins." I don't know about most of you, but I can't really think of ANYTHING I "enjoyed" about Norv Turner. :gus:
Bang
I also can't think of 4 winning seasons. Since when is 8-8 a winning season? ~Bang

Rocky21
I enjoyed the playoff victory in 1999 but that's about it.

Technically our 8-7-1 season in '97 is considered a "winning" season. We started 7-1 in '96 only to end up 9-7  Those were our only 3 winning seasons... Sweet Sassy Molassy
Hey we did have winning seasons. Remember if the media says it, and you read it on the internet ... it must be true. This whole PR, MB drama proves that. But seriously, I can't wait to see Norv in Black and Silver, and then by the end of the season Black and Blue! Henry
Originally posted by Bang I also can't think of 4 winning seasons. But that is, to say the least, a rather misleading embellishment.
