Patriots must love the refs

First the tuck rule, and now back to back holding on Colts recievers and no call. I know all about playoff football and "let the players play" but spinning a guy around and off his route, and then grabbing a recievers arm as he reaches for the ball.

Well folks thats cheating, and the refs are out there to stop exactly that.

I agree. I generally don't blame refs but the Pats get almost all the calls. Hell on the 4th and 8 earlier in the game an o-lineman from the Pats tackled a pass rusher allowing Brady the time to complete the pass. Also the call when Stokley caught the pass on the drive in which Law got his 3rd pick was terrible. I'll never understand why the Colts didn't challenge that call.

It's not too hard to coach when you know how to cheat and lobby the refs in any sport.

Must be some heavy lobbying when you can completely spin a reciever around on his route and not get a call. Usually if you slow him down you get a flag, if you spin the guy around it's a no brainer.

Then again if you are playing the pats in the AFC championship game against the pats.......

There was some serious holding by the Pat's DB's....especially on the 3rd and 4th and 10 on the Colts last drive when down by 7.

The Colts got a gift on a delay of game. The clock was at zero forever and no call from the refs. The ref might of thought the Colts receiver was acting on the spin around or something.

Right now, I'm wondering if Tony Dungy's easy-going sideline demeanor hurt his team. If he had been all over the officials and thrown a major fit at some point, I feel that one of those two holds on 3rd and 4th down the last time the Colts had the ball might have been called. As Head Coach should he have worked the officials for the benefit of his team - even if he had to fake a temper tantrum?

That was some serious home cooking today no offensive or defensive holding on the Pats. I had stop looking a few times the holding was so obvious.

apparently pass interferanceis not a penalty in the playoffs. The eagles were holding manning before the ball got there. He still made the catch, but it wasn't close. should have been 10 yards.

I don't want to hear anything about Eagles penalties. When your QB and main playmaker is hurt on a late hit that doesn't get called, that's how you turn a football game into the WWF.

My complaint is with poor officiating, not crooked officiating.

McNabb has to get over it (injuries) and step up like McNair has done through out his career.

Would you not be pleased if Dytmer (sp) pulled out this game, in spite of McNabb?
