Four-wheel drives aren't crucial, but, a complete car is. I can even put you up until you find a place, and if you don't find a place soon, if my tennants don't renew, I can put you in that place for what they are paying, though I was going to raise it . Art, sounds like a cool offer. I can live with that, no pun intended. I'm trying not to get overly hyped this early, since nothing is certain yet - however if this job deal pulls through, I can finally make good on a promise I made to you way back when you were in Durham.
