And it never ever happened.  

 

And he is simply announcing that "buying plane tickets and hotel rooms for someone you're dating is perfectly legal" for no particular reason at all.  Not because he's being fed information about the investigation, who the girl is, and what the Feds have found out so far, or anything.  

 

No doubt some local fisherman out for a pleasure cruise . . at night . . . in eel infested waters.
