allen and Payne as gap pluggers is true but it’s unfortunate bc we spent back to back first round picks on guys who are above average. 
 

agree that it looks like Young may be hampered by the injury. At least I hope that’s the case. The other reality is too depressing to consider.

Every single running play the D-line just gets pushed backwards after contact.  You see the RB hit the D-line and expect the play to be over then they all just get mauled backwards for 3-4 more yards.  This is very poor play.

Darby has made some plays but they are both recovery plays, the WR is getting open behind him.  If he doesn't get in better position, those will turn into TD's soon.

I can't shake the feeling that they're going to keep Smith at QB in 2021, skip drafting one and draft a receiver or something at 5 or 6 and then we're going to be wondering what we're going to do at QB in 2022 all season long next year as we plod ourselves to another middling record.

Unfortunate to see our D be so bad, with the expectations. Im sure they've noticed, but Young needs to find something other then the wide rush.. NFL just doesn't afford that kind of time unless your cover men are 100%.

Talk of a drafting a QB for turner to teach scares me a little.
