I would like to point out the Rams have possible my the best defensive player in the league and possibly the best CB in the league.  
 

Some of the struggles and the way the game is being called is due to the fact the rams defense is VERY good and VERY talented

People acting like Goff is slinging the ball all over.  He has thrown deep exactly one time, and it was when Woods was wide open.   Most of his passes have been about 4-5 yards, the difference is his O-line is blocking and giving him time so when he makes the throws everyone is in space and has room to run after the catch.
