Game Day Thread - Washington Football Team vs LA Football Team

Message added by TK,

KEEP THE POLITICS OUT OF THE STADIUM.

OR ELSE.

By the way update on things said in this thread that needs to be addressed in the draft:

-Guard

-Tackle

-Runningback

-Wide Receiver

-Tight End

-Quarterback

-Defensive Tackle

-Safety

-LB

Hard to argue with most of these.

Going to be a long year :ols:

What history?

...his history as an explosive YAC WR? I expected him to look worse running as a traditional RB and better after the catch as a receiver when he gets those opportunities but it’s been strangely the exact opposite.

If Allen is really “cleared” he should be in.

I'm guessing he's only technically "cleared" in case Smith goes down. they said it was arm/shoulder but that may have been to bypass concussion stuff...which would be pretty shady.

I would debate RB and DT.  Especially when Marty I comes back.

In their defense, Haskins has gotten all the 1st team reps. Smith doesn't have a gunslinger mentality. Allen may have taken some shots but was hurt as he was establishing a rhythm.

All truth. I was just pointing it out since we all expected the offense to "open up." That may still happen as they get more reps.

It’s a tiny sample size for both and means nothing in the grand scheme.

Rivera seems to delight in making decisions based on small sample sizes.  I wish he made the correct one at OC.

Because They have a good OC that makes adjustments and we don’t. I’d love for Alex to audible out of his crap plays and start calling the offense from the field.

Rams are loaded at all the skill positions. They have the luxury. Isaiah Wright is essentially our second option after Terry.

You are single-minded. Haskins is done man.

that doesn't mean I can't be upset with how the team handled the situation.

I know that many of you don't care about them as people, but in my line of work I work with a lot of the most talented and smartest people from their respective schools only to go into an academic environment and be called stupid in one way or another and to most of them humbling is not the word. The word is embarrassing beasuse you have arrogant professors who want to embarrass them. And that's what this looked like so I am salty and I really hope Haskins isn't done

So far, Kyle seems like the QB to run with. His scrambling ability helps.

I’d prefer smith. He is just as mobile and can throw the check down better. It’s the only play the OC calls.

BTw this offense line is the worst in the league. They are terrible

I'd never debate drafting a RB. You can use multiple backs and be effective.

DT could be a position of need soon depending on contracts, but I wouldn't go there at the moment. That's really the only one I look at and say, "Eh. Nah."
