Warhead36
lolol no quality starting player signs for $3 Mil per year that's ridiculous. I'm pretty sure Vernon Davis made more than that as a backup.

SAli457180
I think the Jets are the only team that has worse luck in finding a franchise QB than the WFT. Â Closest they've come is Mark Sanchez which is really bad.
Malapropismic Depository
I'm not excited about getting the #2 pick. Last draft we had the #2 overall. And where did that get us ? To another #2 pick (so far). I'm just saying, a #1 or #2 pick is not necessarily the answer for turning a franchise around, nor is it an "automatic". And it really does not happen that much. If we have the right FO and coaches, we should be able to improve and become a contender even without picking 1 or 2. This team has so many holes, we’re going to need multiple drafts and FA’s to fix the issues.  Now that Collins didn’t work out, it’s even more holes.
CjSuAvE22
Trever Lawrence is a day 1 starter and also will be the best qb we have seen in a redskins jersey in 30 years
ExoDus84
I'm hoping we can somehow get to #1, but those damn Jets man.  Adam Gase is an Erwin Rommel level Tank Commander. 2
abdcskins
Jets are horrible. I'm not all that confident the Jaguars will win more games than us either. The Vikings are suprisigly bad, but they may not get more than 3 wins. I'm thinking we will pick third overall, no worse than fifth depending on what the Giants do the rest of the year. No idea but not all RFA's re-sign with their original team. Is IND going to pay that kind of money for a 2nd/3rd TE? WAS has nobody at TE. IND has at 3-4 players who would immediately start for WAS.

Of course the #2 or #1 pick doesn't guarantee anything. There are no guarantees period.

cakmoney61
The Jets' schedule is very difficult. I see only two games where they have a chance of winning: week 11 at the Chargers and week 16 vs Cleveland. In order, they play:  Buffalo @ Kansas City New England Bye week @ Chargers Miami Las Vegas @ Seattle @ Rams Cleveland @ New England  I see the Jets going 0-16. So the best Washington can get is the #2 pick. Of those, Minnesota, Chargers, Houston, Cincinnati and Atlanta will definitely win a few more games. Our real tankathon adversaries are Jacksonville, and the two Yorks.  I feel like the 70's porn star in Jacksonville could get a couple of W's. Giants already beat us. Those damn Jets though...flying a rusty F-16 right into the side of a mountain every single week. Edited October 19, 2020 by ExoDus84 1
