How many attempts has he had without someone right in his face, percentage-wise? 15-20%

No idea, but even when that happens he’s not throwing it to anybody, he’s panicking and it’s not going well

Cards going for it on 4th down deep in their own territory was a Belichick in your face kind of move

Somewhere in the afterlife, Rodney Dangerfield was even surprised by that move.

He definitely has more physical talent.  And by a lot.  The question is not his talent, the question is the grey matters between his ears.

I think he has all the grey matter. He makes generally good decisions, he doesn't turn the ball over. Mechanics need work, and he needs more around him, to even begin to evaluate him fully.

I know I'm late... but a few pages back someone said it was classy of the Arizona fans to cheer for Scherff or whatever when he was walking off.

I was just reminded by the camera shot... There are no fans in the stadium :ols:

Almost as good as the Philly PA guys playing boo sounds for Carson Wentz today.

That was me.  Classy on the sound producer then.

I guess that one tv analyst a couple days ago was smart to predict a blowout today for the cardinals.

we’re not going to score today. Sigh.

im probably one of the few not giving up on haskins two games into this new season, but I’m not going to argue with anyone who IS giving up on him.

Spoiler alert. He doesn’t

You're wrong.  You're so wrong, you're dead wrong.

Haskins has an unbelievable amount of physical talent.

That's not the question.  The question is if he can process information, learn mechanics and play QB efficiently.

So far, the answer is no.  And if it takes the majority of this season to prove that out, so be it.  Which is the big reason why we spent next to nothing in the off-season.  If they decide Haskins isn't the answer after watching him play this year, he's gone, there will be another QB in here, and they can spend money anywhere they want.

Never interested in a 1st round QB without stable, textbook mechanics again.

Especially if they have a +5 second 40 time.
