Sort of like Sean Astin. Dude is like the Tim Tebow of the acting world. Totally nonexistent in terms of A-List celebrity stuff, but nailed Goonies, LOTR and Rudy.

That's one hell of a career right there.

Also great at pissing Jack off.

Tazette made the A-B honor roll for the quarter and year.  Her reward for doing so, I told her she could pick out 3 movies on Vudu.  While picking out the movies, we came across a DC animation 30 movie bundle........yep, bought it lol.  25 of the 30 were not on DC Universe, so that was good.  Had a great night watching a couple of them with the kiddo.

Lake Geneva's annual mailboat jumper tryouts set for June 11

LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It wouldn't be summer on Lake Geneva without the mail arriving by boat. High school and college students on Thursday, June 11, will try out to earn one of six coveted mailboat jumper jobs up for the season.

The tradition began in 1916, and continues today with teens who jump from the U.S. Mailboat Walworth to piers to run to mailboxes and back on the boat before it pulls away.

According to a news release, the U.S. Mailboat Walworth travels at a steady 5 mph, never stopping! Interested applicants are Lake Geneva Cruise Line employees with at least one year work experience with the company.

This town in a nutshell.

Where is that?

Brookeville, MD.  Like 20 minutes or so away.  One of the best burgers I've ever had, really good prices.  The ladies on the grill are characters, very fun to banter with.  They make breakfast too, I've had their pancakes and they're delicious as well.

So my parents signed a contract with a company to build a deck and patio, however after the contract was signed, they said the price is incorrect and not willing to do the work.  Any recourse? They indicated the price for the deck was for some other measurements and not for the measurements as signed on the contract with my parents.
