Exactly and the Tweeter says "IF the tampering window officially opens tomorrow".  The NFL has already stated that it will.  

Getting stoked!  Again, I think in no order like I posted earlier but I think the non Redskin FA signings will be Hooper, Boston, Kendall Fuller, Emmanuel Sanders along with others.  Thy vet mystery QB that RR talked about.  Could it be Matt Moore?  He played for RR in Carolina.

HigSkin, minus, Cooper I agree and would love this part of his tweet and it's be good for Skins.  Not overpaying and players for good attitudes and skills to help out team.  Add Boston and Sanders for replacement for Cooper too. :)

Cooper's good but the draft is loaded with WR talent.  One of the better years of WR talent in a very long time.  I'd rather us spend money in FA on other positions and NOT spend a wad on Cooper. :)

We probably are hoping for a vet presence, we're really young at WR

7.  Wait the market out for QB and sign a leftover

2. Fuller but also another CB (that don't cost much)

3. T. Boston  (if he doesn't cost much

4. Littleton or A. Harris

5.  Hooper

Wow. :)  I find it interesting that you want Cooper as your 1st FA signing.  I like Fuller, Boston and Hooper out of who your wish list consist of.  Thanks for the input, my friend.  Keep the info coming.  Always say, you and HigSkin are the best and appreciate what you provide to ES.  :)
