I think he's mostly hurt, man. One of those things you don't hear about until the season is over.

Maybe, but if its that bad he should have sat more. I even said at the time I'd have sat him for at least four games.
tmandoug1
If he gets single blocked by a RT because he is hurt that is on JDR. Kerrigan should be in if that is the case. That is a coaching failure IMHO.

That's just never going to happen in the NFL.

Although I have no idea how we're favored vs Cincy, who basically played quality football all year Yeah I didn't get that line either. But I would bet that Chase gets 1+. But then again he went against back tackles before and got shut out.
Daniel.redskins
If there's a game our "dominate" d-line goes off, it's today. The Bengals have the worst o-line in football. There is no reason why we can't complete destroy the line of scrimmage.
FootballZombie
Have not watched a lot of Bengals, so I don't know if there sack issue is A.) Burrow likes to hold the ball B.) Oline is turribad C.) A-B Whombo Combo Either way, pans out well for us. We could use a big day from our D-line

CRobi21
He's having the best game of his career. And it's not by chance, he's upped his effort/playing speed today and it shows. Couple of TFLs. A FF. Pass def. Lots of pressures. Top 5 picks have learning curves too. Just needs to play with this motor all the time. Warhead36
That hit on Burrow was vicious. The first of what will hopefully be many big game changing plays of his career. But I'd like to see more sustained pass rush on 3rd downs. He's actually being subbed out often on 3rd downs.

I mentioned this before we took him -- he's a vocal leader. We got a lot of quiet guys on defense and I thought a bonus with Chase is he'd bring leadership. steve09ru
His speed on that burrows hit was insane. He was opposite side of the field, drove the oline back to cause burrows to rollout and run and then he completely shifted back and took a linebacker angle at that- absolutely insane
Rskins91
So a huge hit which led to a big fumble, a pass deflected, a couple of tackles, pressures, and generally taking on double teams most of the day. Pretty good day for Chase. He’ll keep getting better, too.

FootballZombie
I swear every week it looks like Young pulls even more offensive line focus than the previous week.
