I'm a cheese freak. Can't choose. In my fridge right now there's both white &

yellow American, aged swiss, sharp cheddar (sliced and shredded), colby jack, pimento spread, and bleu crumbles. I usually get a port wine ball for the weekend.

If I had the space & the money, I'd have a cheese aisle in my house.

😳Da ****? That's the one I don't consider cheese...no flavor.

Its the only way to get my dog to take his pills 😅

otherwise, legit parmigiano reggiano just hits different 👌

Hard to choose.  There's so many good ones and it depends a lot on what you mix it with.  I saw something mentioned ricotta, and I love it, but there's not much flavor to it.  It is great on pizza though and mixed in with rice and some pesto or other seasoning.  Cheddar is great melted on various things and on sandwiches, although lately I've really gotten into Muenster, which is creamy and amazing when melted on a sandwich.  Feta is good with salad and some burgers and other things, as is goat cheese with sweeter salads.  Mozzarella is good on pasta and pizza as is Parmesan and Pecorino Romano..   Melted Brie with bread and fruit is wonderful, although it can be a bit overpowering a times.  Red Dragon is good if you're into spicy stuff as if pepper jack.  Swiss and Gruyere and provolone are good on burgers....  The only ones I don't really like are the blue cheeses and camembert, which tasted pretty weird the last time I had it.

I can't believe no one picked provolone.

When I came home from the hospital in July, my tastes changed a bit. I wouldn't get 2 bites into a sandwich with provolone. It was weird--hubby said "because it has no flavor" 🙄...but all is better now.
