Dexter's Better
I am shocked they are going to allow Nomar to stay in the AL...
NavyDave
Sweet!! It'll be great to see all that talent on the chowder heads still lead to them losing out on the W/S title. Heck it'll be tough to do but now I'm hoping the Woes sign Guerrerro and pudge to spoil the bosox opportunities

The sox will be the favorite to win it all Yes I think we can handle a whiny bunch of yankees. You have to admit the AL East is going to be very intersting for the next couple of years. Dare I say the O's and Sox end up 1-
NavyDave
Yanks 1 O's 2nd and the boston suicide line blown up. No matter what the AL does they are gonna lose to the NL
Zen-like Todd
The AL East is going to be absolutely sick. Opposing pitchers beware.

No matter what the AL does they are gonna lose to the NL I don't see it, no one in the NL scares me, maybe the cubs :thud: The Yankees are going to have major problems with Sheffield and Brown. They still haven't decided what they are going to do with Alfonso yet. The other problem with the Yanks is this could be their last year with all the age on that team. The Sox will be down right scary as long as they stay healthy. Franconia is going to be a great pickup for them. If they can add one more pitcher, dam they will be good. If the O's land pudge, and vlad as well, ponson and someother pitcher then they will be a surprise.

Trevor
Now there's a freaking holdup in the deal because of a $5 million insurance policy fee. I guess the two teams are arguing about who is going to pay it. I liked the idea of getting AROD before the whole Ordonez talk started, now I'm totally pysched about it. Ordonez isn't far behind Manny as a hitter and is much better fielder. If we don't win with World Series with that team then there really is a curse.
