Barry.Randolphe
I think his unannounced visit to Walter Reed yesterday is setting the script so he can resign due to health and let Pence pardon him.  I don't know how he's going to frame it though since he likes to pretend he's invincible like Kim Jong
PCS
Yeah that's one of a couple of things twitter is speculating about. Even adding some stuff. For instance.   There's also:   And this helped the speculation on "chest discomfort".
Cooked Crack
Trump isn't resigning. Dude would rather die in office than step down. Plus makes no sense to resign. Republicans going to lay down and acquit him.

No Excuses
The White House is lying as usual but he isn't resigning. He is a deeply out of shape person with severe anger issues who is undergoing national humiliation. But he'll burn it all to the ground rather than resign and face the ultimate humiliation. NoCalMike
The term "Never Trumper" is dumb to begin with. He isn't a life-long politician who has endured a career of his own party being split about him.  He can't resign. He is banking on winning a second term in hopes it will make some of his crimes extend over a statute of limitations. As it stands now if he loses in 2020 he can be prosecuted.  On that topic, there has been discussion if the statute of limitations should be extended by the same amount of time the person is supposedly "immune from all prosecution"

He already has one.
