let's give our due and admit the defense needs to be reworked this offseason.

however, that does not alibi the lack of productivity of this offense the past 2 years.

the defense finished well last season, and yet the offense was still struggling right up to those last 2 games.

Spurrier's expected assault on NFL defenses is as dead in the water as the Spanish Armada!

first, on that play you mention, the same thing came up a drive later and we ran and lost yards, so i find it hard to blame spurrier.
