why do i get the feeling something is going to come out that max still isnt 100% and hes headed to the IL

claiming an injury is the only way you can get him off the wildcard start. honestly, I'd feel more comfortable with Stras or Corbin in that game.

Desperately need Rendon and Soto to get going this last week of the season..

Both are in terrible slumps.

****ing Brad Miller? He was fooled on that too.

Give Nola absolutely no time to recover this inning. Get him back out there to face our best and see what happens.

Especially with the opt-out coming, I really think Strasburg should be the guy. He's put up so many wins for us this year and we should offer him that show of confidence.

Color me extremely worried about Max starting the wild card game. EXTREMELY.

At this point, I don't think we can.  Especially with the way Stras and Corbin are pitching.

He's hitting 95-97. Brad MIller has some flukey ownage of Max, other than that, he's been dominant.

Maybe we should sit Rendon and Soto because they've been slumping too?

Gotta give Soto a day or two off before the wildcard game

Rendon too, I think. Day after Clinchmas?

false equivalency. we have legitimate options at starting pitcher, not so much with the other two

I'd agree with you if he was all over the place, fluctuating velocity. But really, it was 2 flukey home runs by someone who weirdly has his number.

Other than that, its 3 base runners, and not a whole lot of hard contact.

He just hit 96 on his 93rd pitch.

Mets are ****ting the bed against the Marlins again--with overrated douche Syndergaard on the mound. Losing 4-0
