The important number to track is “fail percentage.” We obviously want a CB who fails as little as possible. What’s a good number? Well, that’s up for debate. However, based on the similar reviews I’ve done over the years for Darrelle Revis, Sean Smith, Marcus Peters, Phillip Gaines, Terrance Mitchell, Kenneth Acker, Steven Nelson, and a few more, I’ve come to the tentative conclusion (and this has morphed over time as I’ve reviewed more film) that I’m willing to accept a 20-25% “failure rate” by a corner. Lower than that is good, above that I start to get concerned. With all that said, let’s talk about Fuller’s numbers and then his film.

To be blunt, those numbers are absurd.

I have never had a CB score that well in terms of win/loss percentage over a sample size larger than a single game.

When a thread asks a question, I feel like it's my responsibilty to answer said question.

Question: "Kendall Fuller film review: How could the Redskins trade this guy?"

Answer: "Because Bruce Allen is an imbecile, made a hash job of the Cousins negotiations, and found himself staring down a 3 year re-build with a rookie QB if he didn't get a QB at any cost.  So he traded a 3rd (eh, whatever) and the best young defensive starter for an aging above average QB so that his team can approach 8-8 and he might get a few more years out of his job."

That's your answer.

We have the most clueless FO in all of sports. They  have no idea how to build a team. This is why we suck every year.

If I was Jay, I'd quit.

Unless he's part of the "brain trust" that pulled this off.  If he had a say and said, "Ok" then he's as dumb as Bruce.

C'Mon folks we need to get the message to the front office that we won't stand for this ****!!.. I see and hear a lot of talk of people saying they won't renew their season tickets or won't spend money on this or that but still each season I see way too many Redskins fans in the stands, we all need to make a stand and boycott this ****ing team. I started a very VERY excellent paying job January 12th.. I will now have financing to even be able to make it to the east coast to watch a Redskins game at home but I absolutely have no desire to do so now....I mean since 99 this franchise has been a dumpster fire..despite a couple decent seasons here n there its all been garbage and I'm tired of it...

Look at their contracts. Fuller makes $700k/year, Norman makes $15M.

The comparison is Fuller plus $14.3M to spend on other positions, vs just Norman.

Fuller and Norman were the only two Corners who could play the run.  Jay even said Fuller was a backup option at Safety

Fuller blew up all WR screens, handled two way goes and played the deep ball without safety help.  He was just as good as Norman and we let him go.

Fuller is a good player.  I wish him well.

I remember vividly when David Amerson was the “ES GREATEST EVER OMG SO STUPID”.  He played 7 games for the Raiders this year while making $12M.

Fuller was worlds better his first two years then Amerson was early in his career. Everyone knows the kid is a stud. Why do you think Swearinger and others are downright mutinying?

D.J. Swearinger (GAME**** LEGEND!) is also a stud.  I admire his loyalty to his teammates.

I absolutely, positively could not care less about his off-season twitter feed.

Amerson never approached the Fuller performance level, let's not pretend he did.

Jeez louise, can we call this Donovan Mcnabb 2.0.  What the F is wrong with this franchise, a quarterback that rarely is capable of playing a full season is 34, and and we giving up Fuller, who is just starting to come into his own.

I really am about at the end of the road with this team.    Same freak'n mistakes over and over and over and over.
