Giants vs. Redskins Injury Report

By James Iannibelli

Date: Dec 3, 2003

The Giants will have one starter left in the secondary in safety Omar Stoutmire due to the rest being put on injured reserve.

With the shortage of players available for the defensive backfield, it would be a plus if cornerback Ralph Brown (shoulder) could make his way back in the lineup. Big Blue will also probably be without tight end Marcellus Rivers (knee) who is doubtful. Jeremy Shockey is still suffering from the knee injury that has kept him out of the last three games. He is questionable.

The Redskins will most likely have to start Tim Hasselback for the second straight week at quarterback with their starter, Patrick Ramsey, doubtful with an injured foot. Offensive tackle Chris Samuels (knee) is doubtful as well.

Washington Redskins

DOUBTFUL: QB Patrick Ramsey (foot); T Chris Samuels (knee)

QUESTIONABLE: S Andre Lott (ankle); C Larry Moore (foot)

PROBABLE: CB Rashad Bauman (ankle); RB Ladell Betts (arm); RB Rock Cartwright (ankle); WR Rod Gardner (arm); RB Chad Morton (ankle); DE Bruce Smith (hand/knee); CB Fred Smoot (chest); LB Jeremiah Trotter (knee)

New York Giants

DOUBTFUL: TE Marcellus Rivers (knee)

QUESTIONABLE: CB Ralph Brown (shoulder); T Luke Petitgout (back); TE Jeremy Shockey (knee)
