sashae
Assuming that we're going to lose some assistants and NOT Spurrier in the offseason, who would we want for replacements? Steve Spurrier, Jr [Wide Receivers] -- ? George Edwards [Defensive Coordinator] -- ? Kim Helton [Offensive Line] -- Russ Grimm? Art Shell? Hue Edwards [Offensive Coordinator] -- ? Mike Stock [special Teams] -- DeChon Burns perhaps? -s
Johnny Punani2
All the assistant coaches will be gone at the end of the season because Spurrier will be gone at the end of the season. Don't you people get it??

I think Spurrier will want to come back for one more year and Snyder will be too afraid to fire him due to image concerns.
SkinsNorth
A name to ponder for D-Coordinator is Rex Ryan, he is currently the Baltimore DL coach. If we are looking at a bigger name, Romeo Crennel the pats D-Coordinator would be a god send.

The whole reason why you have assistant coaches looking for other jobs is because they know they won't have a job after the end of the season. Gee, Hue Jackson is trying to get a job at Duke. Spurrier Jr is jumping ship to go to Arizona and I'm sure he won't be getting paid as much either. Now, why would you accept a job all the way on the other side of the US making less money then you are now? I'll tell you why because his father told him he is going to quit after the end of the season. I'm telling you Spurrier is already packing his bags. codeorama
Is Rex Ryan related to Buddy... if so, I say go for him. I loved Buddy Ryan's style of defense, the 46 ruled... very exciting.

riggins44
Special teams I would go with Joe Alvanzano. Seems to be a good motivator. OL...Russ Grimm or Joe Bugel.
