ixcuincle
the technical difficulties between hours 🤣 Warren looked good. Be curious to see how Biden does now that his eminence has been privileged to take some time out of his day to actually meet with other candidates
Burgold
What I want from Biden is a sense that he wants it. I get no passion from him. Just that he's running out of a sense of obligation and duty. Makes me fear an Al Gore-type campaign.
No Excuses
I’m looking forward to hearing from Andrew Yang, Kamala and Mayor Pete tonight. Marianne Williamson should be good comedic relief. She comes across as a left wing Michelle Bachman.

NoCalMike
Kamala Harris seems like a candidate that could usurp Biden's moderate support. She is tough, could wallop Trump in a debate pretty easily, and I think has the right presence. The question is has the voting base conceded Biden as "the moderate choice" already to where every other candidate has no choice then to look like a progressive alternative? I really hope Andrew Yang goes full ham and answers every question with "Freedom Dividend" Marianne Williamson should be fun to watch because she has that loose cannon appeal, where she doesn't speak with a "running for President" filter. Curious to see how Biden will try to convince everyone how he is the true progressive.

I think he is the only candidate who has seriously talked about geoengineering as a viable solution. I am open to anyone who is proposing fresh ideas and he seems like an overall sensible and smart person who would make good hires at federal agencies, would understand data-driven policy and rely on experts in their respective fields. PleaseBlitz
I still don't view Yang as a serious candidate for President. Just nothing close to the minimum credential threshold. I think tonight is going to be largely seeing how Biden responds to attacks. I expect Bernie to come out swinging in his typical charismatic fashion. It should be how every administration operates as a matter of routine. One of the real tragedies of the Trump presidency is that we are living in an extremely data-rich environment. Like we have so much data being collected about everything from health to transportation, we literally don't have enough people who can do big data analytics to make sense of it. The Obama admin had started laying the foundations of a data-driven federal government but that's largely been ignored under the buffoon currently in charge. The federal government right now REALLY stands to benefit from a President who understands the value of data and hiring data scientists at federal agencies to make sense of it. Instead of a bunch of brainless goons with no qualifications except their ability to kiss the President's ass, I want the next POTUS to hire experts in their respective fields who will promote policies driven by sound data-analysis. That is why I am Yang and Mayor Pete curious. I think they are both much more likely to rely on expertise and modern approaches to governance than Biden and Sanders. We need a fresh perspective on governance and neither of these two provide it. A fundamental restructuring of the federal agencies to modernize is possible without ever having to rely on Mitch McConnel and the broken legislative branch. Renegade7
People like Yang, Harris, and Insley should be getting cabinet positions. Insley is like the polar opposite of what we have in the EPA now and Harris would make a great AG. It was brought up to look for possible VPs in this field of 20, I'm looking for more them that, theres jus so many of them to jus say if they cant be president they cant be part of the executive branch that sorely needs qualified individuals again. Washington and California are solidly blue, so their replacements should be as well.

JCB
Love Warren's response to the SCOTUS decision. I'm not sure how anyone for whom "excitement" is relevant can fail to appreciate her balance of principled anger and rigorous thought. I find it, y'know, pretty ****ing presidential. Yep, seems related to voting.
