Feels different this time, 1) because Biden stated from the jump that his veep would be a woman, and 2) that veep is gonna be inheriting a generational ****storm, and can't just be an empty suit, but someone who could also be ready to steer the presidential ship. Remember the debates? "You're likeable enough..." and "You'll be a great addition to my administration..." Rumor has always been that the Obamas & the Clintons are NOT friends.
