The Evil Genius Posted June 4 I wonder if Joe Kennedy III is on anyones short list for dark horse VP picks? He was phenomenal at the 2016 DNC, has the bloodline, and would balance a ticket for a candidate if they are a non-New Englander.

I think the Dem ticket is going to be mixed gender/mixed race.
NoCalMike Posted June 4 Seriously, if the Democrats plan on debating "Socialism" vs. Capitalism during the campaign, they've already lost. It is basically conceding that they have lost any kind of messaging on the idiocy of "Socialism" even being a part of the dialog.

Fresh8686 Posted June 5 I love that she's calling it Economic Patriotism. I hope these other democratic candidates learn from her and more so Pete Buttigeig and realize they can co-opt the patriotic and even religious symbolism and buzz words the republicans use to press their voters buttons.
TryTheBeal! Posted June 5 I pledged a Benji to Warren’s campaign last night.  It felt good.

Not down with meeting them halfway or simply talking about how awful they are  She's the only one that seems for real in that regard. If we're going to make iy as a country going forward, that **** had to change
The Evil Genius Posted June 5 I shudder at thinking about eight solid months of Trump referring to his opponent as Pocahontas. Ugh.   Oh and don't get me wrong, I'd easily vote for her despite her mistakes regarding that issue.

Their minds are hollow. Perfect for ****'in. You can get in there and mess them all up.
Rdskns2000 Posted June 5 If Biden or Sanders don't win the nomination, I wonder who does?  Lizzie really should've ran in 2016.I think she would've beaten Hillary and have a fair shot of winning then.  I don't think she can beat Trump now. If Biden is the nominee, she is the best choice for his veep .
LadySkinsFan Posted June 5 Biden's numbers will most likely go down. He supports the Hyde Amendment, that Frm are trying to reverse. Â https://www.politico.com/story/2019/06/05/biden-abortion-funding-ban-1509136 Â
No Excuses Posted June 5 I still think Biden will flame out early and Bernie will win the nomination because everyone else will split votes long enough for him to rack up a substantial number of primary/caucus wins. Â It's not the ideal scenario, but it's the one that I think will happen at this point. Bernie is the only way with a core base of 20-30% of primary voters that aren't voting for anyone but him. I don't think anyone else has that.

Still not paying attention to 2018 candidates and wins.  If Democrats don't win the presidential race and lose the Congress, we as a nation are screwed.

I know the Dems want to impeach now, but Pelosi is right to want to drag it out. Let the facts come out slowly so the people don't forget (which they do). Let Trump hang himself on his own petard, impeachment won't get him out of office. Instead, slowly have everyone explain what the Mueller Report means, it is the only way.  P.S. Candidates need to stick to policy, let congress hammer away at Trump.

I'm guessing you saw the video of the old woman admitting she had no idea about what the Mueller Report said about Trump? She still saw the light, I understand why they're taking their time. There is a civil war in the GOP, some of the left are afraid that they will head the charge and take credit for usurping Trump. I don't think we're there yet.
