Its also irrelevant without the actual # of hispanic voters being discussed. For example, if 10% more Hispanic voters turned out there this cycle, Biden still gained 72% of those additional voters. They all fail to even acknowledge that whenever they bring up how "unbelievable" it is that Biden surged ahead afterwards, despite tons of analysis ahead of the election stating that this exact thing could and likely would happen in several states. If these states simply changed their laws so that they could count early votes....early......then Trump likely never has a lead in the first place or it is incredibly narrow before disappearing. Hey Rand, maybe those voter info dumps came later in the night and early morning because they weren't allowed to be counted beforehand? Now lets imagine the opposite scenario where they had all been counted ahead of time, I guarantee Trump and his cronies would be claiming that the amounts were forged and faked so that Trump could never catch up in a free & fair election.
