I hope Warren goes after him.

I would be disappointed if she did. She doesn't have much to gain from it. Biden will either disappear on his own or he will be the nominee. Only thing she can do about that is out work him and change peoples opinions. She not going to do that attacking him. Look at Harris.

Joe is literally writing his attack ads against him as we speak.  If we excuse Joe's gaffs and fitness for office, the Right will double down on excusing Trumps at minimum. This next debate I hope Warren goes after him.

How can you double down on an absolute?

I had that same question until yesterday.

Occasionally Fox has their fill and calls him out and its no secret that even people in his base are giving him passes on certain things. What I mean by double down is if Biden continues this trend, they'll switch to whataboutism and saying if left can nominate Joe, the unfit for office arguement doesnt make since anymore becomes hypocritical at best.

We already starting to see that, I cant defend trying to give Biden a pass everytime he mixes stuff up.  I'm sure hes not a pathological liar, but no way is the right going defend him for his gaffes and instead go after Trumps.

Harris fell in the last debate, imo, because the next debate she didnt have her answers ready for what she would be attacked on or her health care plan.  I'm not worried about that with Warren, it's not so much as taking his votes yet, I want to see the clear contrast between her vision and his.

I mean, dont be shocked if Biden comes out against progressives to continue his plea to keep the nominee something closer to the center like him.  If he doesnt do it, someone else will, we've already seen that too.

They are going to do that no matter what, regardless of the nominee, just like they are going to call the nominee a socialist.

If, after the grab them by the **** comment, you still support Trump, you are giving him a complete pass.  You cannot give him any more of a pass.

If, after giving classified intel to the Russians in the oval, you still support Trump, you are giving him a complete pass.  You cannot give him any more of a pass.

If, after siding with Nazis, you still support Trump, you are giving him a complete pass.  You cannot give him any more of a pass.

I can go on like this for pages and pages.

@PleaseBlitz I see your point, I jus think theres a difference when we talk about if Trump is in the right mental state and age to be in office and then defend Biden on his.  People like Mooch are finally acknowledging that is an irreconcilable problem, how we gonna look throwing someone out there with the same problem?

I don't accept the premise that Biden's gaffes are comparable to Trump's actions in office and straight up lies.  When Joe Biden marks up a weather map with a sharpie to retcon a previous lie, you let me know.

And who the **** cares what the Mooch says or thinks?  Seriously.

It's not, but it will get portrayed that way, at least on one side, and will get harder and harder to defend on the other.  I bring up Mooch because hes not the only one who was all in on him that is now all out, some of the people trying to primary him are saying the same thing.

No, he's not the pernicious, unrepentant liar that Trump is. But it's beyond just what people think of as "gaffes" with him.  You basically surrender any high ground on truth if you're defending a guy who's spewing blatant lies like "I opposed the Iraq war from the beginning".
