back to antisemitism---two other reporters tried to get him to address it, saying "it's not about you, personally or your beliefs" to keep him from 'splainin (in dumbass manner) how he's not anti-semite again, but simply what are his thoughts about a reported increase in the activity, and that some of it does get attributed to some of his supporters...he gets   defensive/angry each agian, saying it's the other side who puts up those signs and symbols and the press blames it on trumpsters ...that was his main point...the dems are doing it...

Sad little man trying to convince everyone he's not a failure should be the new title for the Trump thread (the cabinet one).

That's fricking awesome.

Look, the guy has some points, and it wasn't all crazy (within all context like his personal pov and more traditional conservative thinking) but so much of it was (imo) crazy/dumb/mental/wrong (factually) and still just delusional to a serious degree and i don't see any of this changing in this 70 year old in particular  in any of this until something big breaks somewhere on some front

What scares me is that I know for a fact that there are alot people in this country who can watch the exact same press conference and come away feeling giddy that we have this guy running things now.

there is a divide in perception in the country.

Honestly it is terrifying.

Low IQ, high emotion is winning "bigly"

Yea thats exactly what im saying. The division is not just along perception though. This country is just different for alot of people than it is for others. Thats a fact.

Counterpoint: It is not perception.  It is not low IQ.  It is racism/jingoism.  That is the core of his support.  The moment that 45 begins to acknowledge the tremendous contributions made to our country by Latinos/Muslims/Asians, his support base will evaporate and mysteriously coalesce in support of the next demagogue.  Nothing else matters for them...or, even more so, for him.
