Remember this episode from American history? Senate Republicans chose Arizona sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell to handle their questioning in Thursday’s hearing into Christine Blasey Ford’s allegation that Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her. Presumably they thought a professional prosecutor might help cast doubt on Ford’s testimony. If that was their hope, they must be gravely disappointed.

Ball is in their court, will they shoot ,dribble, or just make more funny noises. 1 minute ago, Dan T. said: Tell that to the GOP clowns declaring that it's unprecedented for a witness to be questioned by staff instead of members. It's their fault, I tell you! They failed to comply with the designated stonewaller's advance demands! And they actually asked for things that they know he would refuse to hand over! That makes it their fault.
