Amazing isn't it? Too bad those in the GOP that want to be in power have no balls. If they could only do their constitutional duty then at least there would be more of a check on how crazy he is, but I guess the GOP is more under the Putin spell then we are yet aware of.

Oh they got balls. Huge iron clankers. You have to have big ones to be SO transparently, unapologetically evil.

he should have his bail revoked immediately, into the hole with him.

October til they can begin they say?

He should get nothing until then.

All it takes is one post with a subtle message for a lunatic to think he's talking to them.

Spoiler

^^Just noticed the tweet has a naughty word

Seeing this makes me hurt in a very lawyerly way.  That moment where a client does something so monumentally stupid that you have to start damage control immediately or they will be sitting in jail (and blame you for their sitting in jail) is the moment where you realize that, yes, you are now a lawyer.  And people are stupid.

But this is Roger Stone so its more funny than anything.

I'm pretty sure that Trump defining "coup" for his followers means he recently had the word explained to him.

And he had to explain it to his followers because he knew they'd wonder what this has to do with chickens.

ughh.....the latest iteration of "Yes Roger Stone IS a jackass" just reminds me of one of those Law and Order episodes where the defense attorney says some incendiary thing in court and the judge states, "The jury will disregard", as though anyone will just unhear it. That pic of the judge is definitely rattling around the loonernet this morning for it's specific and conscious intent, to call out the judge to the morlocks. This is another "grab yer guns and git on down to Comet PingPong pizza!" ploy, with the usual pearl clutching "Who me??" deniability that Stone et. al. are known for.

So McConnell and Ryan were both made known of the investigation from the get-go and seemed fine with it at the time.  Just goes to show the personas they put on publicly are that much more phony and dictated by what the Trump party group-think, support/disapprove of.

Did he say “a lot of people don’t know that?” That’s his tell for, “someone just told me”

Holy ****! Crosshairs in the background?? Are you serious Roger Stone?

And then the gall to say “I had no intention of disrespecting the court”. Like I just walked 30 feet out of my way and kicked a homeless woman... “I had no intention of hurting any homeless people.”

Amazing how devoid of shame these people are.

Roger Stone is one of the closest advisors Trump had leading into the election.

The worst people in this country got elected into power in 2016. “Better than Hilary” is the biggest giveaway of “I lack a neocortex in my brain”.

I am no lawyer, but i know more than a couple folk here are.

so what can Stone be charged with for this tweet?

What can they make stick?

Could it be legally construed as a threat toward a federal judge?

Inciting mayhem?

Any terrorism charges?

he could be charged for contempt.

He could also have a stronger gag order imposed.

Or he could just sit in jail until the trial after his bail gets revoked.
