OT cingular wireless family talk plans

Okay, so ordinarilyy I wouldn't post this type of thing here but...<br /><br />So I looked at my cell phone bill this month. It was about $40 more than normal. My girlfriend <br />and I have used it to keep in touch for the past year. She's in Baltimore, and I'm in DC so<br />it's long distance on land lines but not cell.<br /><br />Anyway, I looked at it, and they had been charging us for calls between us. I called to complain<br />and was told that the yhad just gotten an email. It was a problem in their billing for this month.<br />I asked if they were going to fix all the bills and remail. They told me no. So check your bills.<br /><br />Also, they told me it was "only this month." They said they would recalculate and call me back within <br />a week for my new balance. I told them to check previous months. They said they would but...<br />"it's only for this month" Well, I just looked at a bill dated June to July and wouldn't you know...<br />they did it then too. <br /><br />Like I said, I wouldn't ordinarily post this, but I know they are one of the largest cell phone<br />carriers in the DC area. <br />I'd hate to see fellow Skins fans ripped the way I was. I can't believe they refused to redo bills<br />for everyone they may have screwed up.

Sorry to hear that. I hate those scams! If you want a new family plan, maybe u should check with ATT. I have a family plan with them and its pretty reasonable. I know you will be bitter to buy 2 new phones and all.

Hey guys:<br /><br />I have worked for wireless operators for the last 6+ years. One thing they all have in common is problems with their billing systems. I recommend you carefully check your cellphone bill every month.<br /><br />If you are smart enough to find a way for these guys to getting their billing right, you could probably make enough dough to take the Redskins off of Danny's hands!
