(Actually, I have a problem with such a rule, if a person is capable of doing both jobs. For example, Veep has no duties at all, so why can't the person also hold a Cabinet post, or CoS, or some such?) Somehow i assume that "well, I've got this job, but I promise it's just a title, and I've got this other job, but it's only acting" counts.
