We already know all of these "warnings"

It's like walking into a house fully engulfed in flames and warning someone to not play with matches.

we know what he is.

we know what he's doing, although i bet we don't know the depths of it yet.

No one in our government has the balls to do anything about it.

Obama quadruples the number of drone strikes, raises troop levels in Afghanistan, kills Bin Laden and Anwar Al Awlaki, passes the Heritage Foundation's health insurance plan once championed by Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich, increases government spending by a meager 1%/year (by contrast GWB raised spending by over 7 1/2 % /year - the fastest increase since FDR), cuts the deficit in half, negotiates a trade deal that opens up Asian markets to American exports and pulls these countries into the American orbit and away from China, oversees the fastest growth in the stock market since the dotcom boom, negotiates a treaty with Iran where they agree to 24 hour video surveillance of nuclear facilities and mines as well as pouring cement into their plutonium reactor and agreeing to on demand inspections...and he is a weak, socialist, stupid President who let other countries take advantage of the US.

Trump doubles the deficit despite a strong economy, gives tens of billions in new subsidies to Farmer's and coal, sucks up to dictators, tries to give nuclear tech to the most fundamentalist Islamic country in the world in the aftermath of them murdering an American resident...and he is God's chosen one - someone who stands up for America and makes us proud to love our country.

If policy and economics drove people's voting behavior, the GOP would be routinely laughed out of the polls year after year.

We are a country driven by cultural and social issues. Obama (and liberals by extension) promote a social view of America that doesn't sit well with religious bigots, racists and rural people without much exposure to the outside world. Almost everything in American politics can be best understood through a social issues lens. Trump is pro-America if one thinks that America exists primarily to serve a white, Christian patriarchal society. Which is a lot of people across many different economic brackets.

Kinda sad thinking about it all like that when you consider Hillary would have come in and continued what Obama did for the most part. I know he had some major failures in many peoples eyes but we were by far a stronger nation and had more control over the rest of the world through leadership. Now we are only part of conversations on the world stage because they dont know how to get rid of us. Damn shame man. Electing Trump will be the worst thing this country ever did to itself when its all said and done.

Obama was black.  Trump is white...very, very white.

He must literally watch fox at all hours if he can pick out the 10-15 minutes that they are not spreading their cheeks for him

He demands 100% loyalty while providing none in return

Racism will allow people to overlook everything else apparently.

America has taken out people who were not as big a threat as Trump currently represents. But because he's "ours" we have to pretend to somehow deal with this through normative measures

I wonder how long until Barr shuts that down.

As far as that ultra-long bonds thing......I honestly don't know what it means, but my guess is it probably has something to do with trying to artificially make deficits look better in the short term and the expense of long term?  I am probably wrong.
