Did he jus say the Kurds may be worse then ISIS?

Pretty sure he said PKK, which we and many others have labelled as terrorists.

Turkey sure seems to think so.......of course Edrogan is called a terrorist(among other things)

He started with Kurds arent angels, leading into saying PKK is comparable to ISIS.  Hes trying to link all the Kurds to PKK even though Kurds split into different groups and Turkey is attacking the ones we worked with to fight ISIS.

True.

For the last three years, you've been right in there actively co-conspiring with the Crook in Chief.

re: Same thing they told Pbama:

You mean, Trump's advisors are telling Trump that his predecessor signed off to a firm American withdrawal date before he left office, and now Trump is stuck with it, with no ability to negotiate?

And many that say that the PKK split before we showed up, like 2003, and the group we were helping weren't PKK jus close with them.  The point remains that we abandoned an ally once we didnt need them, and now this time they have reached out to Assad and Russia for help.  You think they every going to want to work with us again?

How much fun is that going to be if we end up having to fight them in the near future?  All we had to do was tell Turkey not to bomb them if we left, and then worked our way out.  Our military is embarrased and getting warning shots from Turkey on the way out, continue spinning this for fun if you want.

They will be more willing than they were to work with us than Syria and Russia that they negotiated with.....necessity makes strange bedfellows

Why would we fight the Kurds?

You seem to think Turkey would behave reasonably at our request....you must not have been paying attention over the last decade.

The US chose to allow Turkey to establish buffer zones, both under Obama and Trump.

It is not the way I would play it, but it is not my choice, country or border.

I have been paying attention, they didnt invade Syria until we gave them the green light.  We could've threatened their NATO membership if they started bombing the Kurds while we were withdrawing, we should be doing that now.

Asking why in the world we'd fight the Kurds is like asking why would Bin Laden turn on us after helping him fight off the Russians in Afghanistan.  These folks dont have short term memory problems like our politicians do.

Who's going to help us if ISIS resurges?  Who else do we have to account for in that area not being our friend or trusting us?

so you are saying the angels might go Bin Laden on us?

I have a higher opinion of them and their memory.

we cannot threaten to kick Turkey out of NATO, only they can remove themselves......or we can remove our self from NATO

the people ISIS is attacking and killing are usually open to our help....which is why we were there
