One night Ford took us to a place up a hill over looking the city. It might have been the Sunbird. We had authentic local dishes...great place with great view. Want to go back sometime. I lived in Denver for 8 years before moving to the Springs, and I like it much better as it's like a bigger city with a small town feel. You are right against the mountains in the Springs unlike Denver were you have to drive for 20 mins or so to get into the foothills. I love it out here! Yesterday we were in the mid 60's during the day and mid 50's at night. We have had only one light snow so far this winter and it was only here for a day or 2 and was gone.
