No, we mock stupid because stupid is not worth active engagement. I will not even pretend that your stupid ideas are worth engagement thereby granting your stupid ideas a higher platform and wider audience. This is the perfect example of Mt. Supid.

Another assumption not based on any facts of your own. Prove my view wrong first. You can't and won't do it because you cant. Therefore you have absolutely no way of  knowing I'm wrong other than belief.

You are going in circles about topics you'll  never solve or understand and govt will never tell you the truth about...but you think I'm the dumb one?

You are wasting your typing fingers on propaganda.

Terms of Bill O'Reilly settlements revealed for first time

by Tom Kludt   @tomkludtApril 4, 2018: 3:24 PM ET

A federal judge in New York has denied Bill O'Reilly's motion to seal settlement agreements he struck with multiple women who accused him of harassment, dealing a huge blow to the former Fox News host in a defamation suit brought last year.

Is there ANY chance that this sort of **** is legal in a NDA?    because...if this is allowed...... then the laws regulating NDAs are completely ****ed.

....

The judge's ruling means that certain terms of the settlements are coming to light for the first time. A motion filed Wednesday by Neil Mullin and Nancy Erika Smith, the attorneys representing the three plaintiffs, claims that the settlement reached with Andrea Mackris, a former Fox News producer who filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against O'Reilly in 2004, required her to "lie -- even in legal proceedings or under oath -- if any evidence becomes public, by calling evidence 'counterfeit' or 'forgeries.'"

The potential penalties etched in the settlements were particularly onerous. If Mackris goes public about the details of the settlement, the agreement stated that she "shall return all sums paid under this Agreement, forfeit any future payments due under this Agreement, disgorge to O'Reilly the value of any benefit earned or received as a result of such disclosure, and pay to O'Reilly all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by O'Reilly in attempting to enforce this Agreement."

The filing asserts that Mackris' attorney, Benedict Morelli, switched sides and agreed to become O'Reilly's lawyer while negotiating the agreement.

"This profoundly unethical conflict left Ms. Mackris virtually without legal counsel," the filing said. Morelli did not respond to a request for comment.

If you're going to say everything we believe isn't true, then the burden of proof is on you to prove that, not us.  You're the one making a claim that everything is a lie, prove it.  Saying you don't have to is hypocritical and means you're using just as much blind faith as you say we are.  We have way more facts then you do, you haven't presented any yet.

"Words" like "hypocritical" and "facts" only mean to you what they tell you they mean and if you were smart enough, like me and my boy dookie, you would understand that. But I know i just blew your mind and you ain't ready for that ****.

(This is fun and it takes zero effort. I like it)

When you make ridiculous statements, the burden of proof is on you to prove them.

You never, ever, back anything you say with substantial proof. It's always the same "media and government lies to you blah blah blah".

At this point you are either a world class troll or mentally ill. If you aren't a troll, I really do recommend that you seek help.

The difference between you and the clearly deranged couple in this video isn't much. At some point, you gotta ask yourself, "am I the crazy one??".

This is me not engaing you, and please do well to remember that just because you repeat something often and loud doesn’t make it true. And please remind yourself that my not wasting my time disproving to your flat earth equivalent theories does not mean I cannot. Use it as my encouragement to educate yourself on why EVERYONE here thinks your crap is foolish. But, I’m nearly certain that you will use the fact that you are alone in your voice to mean that you are some sort of rejected prophet.

Don’t do that.

Jeeze, what a bunch of morons in that video, that is a seriously dangerous level of self dellusion. The biggest single problem with him being arrested is that now he will be convinced even further that it is the government trying to shut him up. These people are insane.

Alabama evangelist Acton Bowen jailed in Hoover on child sex charges involving young boy

A well-known Alabama evangelist, public speaker and author was arrested in Hoover Tuesday on child sex charges.

Paul Edward Acton Bowen, a 37-year-old Gadsden native who now lives in Etowah County's Southside community, was taken into custody by Hoover police about 12:35 p.m. The founder of Acton Bowen Outreach Ministries is charged with second-degree sodomy, enticing a child to enter a vehicle or house for immoral purposes, and second-degree sex abuse. The victim was a young male, but police did not release his age except to say he is over 12 and under 16.

Hoover police Capt. Gregg Rector said the department's Special Victim's Unit first launched an investigation three weeks ago. The Jefferson County District Attorney's Office issued the warrants on Monday.

"This is certainly one of the more disturbing cases that we've investigated in quite some time,'' Rector said. "Mr. Bowen is in a highly-respected position of influence and he is trusted by many. We believe he betrayed that trust in the worst kind of way."

...

Bowen is president and founder of Acton Bowen Outreach. His bio says he served for 12 years in a local church, led a citywide student Bible study in Gadsden and was also the host of xlroads TV, a worldwide broadcast viewed weekly by millions of teens and adults in every city in America and over 170 countries around the world.

The website says Bowen is a cohost of Top3 on the JuceTV Network in New York City.

"Everyone associated with JuceTV was shocked and disheartened to hear of the egregious allegations made against Acton Brown this week. Our prayers go out to those who may have been hurt and victimized," a JuceTV spokesperson said in a statement to AL.com. "Mr. Brown made four appearances on JuceTV, an affiliate of TBN, the most recent last summer, but there are no on-going ties."

The outreach website described Bowen as a regular contributor on Fox News as a correspondent on faith and religion. However, network officials say Bowen has never been employed or paid by Fox News.
