SlinginSammy HOF '63
I think we are darn lucky, but then again we lost out on at least 10 points and an almost definite 7.
NavyDave
Yeah bad lucky it should have been 21-0 coles wide open on an overthrow and two opportunities inside the panthers
bulldog
what else is new? The Redskins got early turnovers in the Dallas and NY games and didn't do much with those opportunities either. What the club needs right now beyond better blocking to give Ramsey at least the semblance of a running game to offset the rush of the Panthers, is for the defense to actually SCORE with these interceptions and fumbles. The Slammer
Both teams should be feeling lucky. Two flukey INTs from the Panthers, two certain touchdowns that were bad throws by Ramsey, and Rock's fumble. Yikes.
Chris 44
Panthers are lucky to be tied. If it wan't for an anemic first half offensive performance by the Skins!
SlinginSammy HOF '63
I'm telling you there's a reason why St.Louis didn't want Candidate. You can't expect a 200 pounder to take that many carries and do anything.
Potato Sack
Actually, our defense has played well. We've gotten the turnovers. We just haven't capitalized. It should be 21 to 3 right now.
