NavyDave
I saw the burger king thread but did anyone hear about the lady who had soup at a restaurant? She had ordered clam chowder, yeah the white stuff and while in the process of eating it notice that she had a hard time with what she thought was some tough rubbery clams. Well it turned out to be an opened condom which caused her to bolt into the ladies room and :puke: for a while. She is suing the restaraunt and should win a hefty amount. just skins baby
I saw on a CNN headline news crawl there was a lady who ordered a baked potato at Wendys. She found a half of a worm in her potato. The other half she had already eaten.
Sarge
Worms are good protein. Plus, it appears Wendy's had already gone to the trouble of baking it for her.

In one of the best pieces of journalism I've ever seen, a guy in the WPost wrote an article saying "in journalism classes they told us there was always another side to a story". Turned out, if MickeyD had truly put worms in the meat the burgers would not only have been more expensive but healthier, too. And the guy tracked down worm ranchers - that's right, worm ranchers - who held an annual convention trading their favorite worm recipes. The winning recipe was, if I recall correctly, a shake called "Wiggly Worm Delight". Yeesh.
just skins baby
My favorite is still the deep fried Chicken head from McDonalds.
riggins44
That chicken head happened right here in Newport News/Hampton area. That particular McDonalds served fried chicken much like Hardee's does. Except this time with the 2, 3, or 8 peice meal was included a fried head. Also don't be fooled into thinking just happens at fast food places. Years ago my little sister worked at a nice resturant in the area and quit after one day when she saw what was going on. I'll never eat there again.

gbear
This seemed relevant: http://www.msnbc.com/news/992692.asp It would seem that over 60 percent of fast food locations have been sited for "critical violations" in the past year and a half. Yuck!
