flashback
We Cowboys really appreciate you knocking off one of the teams we're racing for home-field advantage in the Playoffs. Nicely done. If you can beat Carolina, we'll have to send you a basket of mini-muffins, or something.:rotflmao:
OURYEAR#56
You guys suck. The only reason you win is because your Defensive backs can play single coverage on blitz packages. When you face a good team you'll get your a$$ kicked. You have no QB, and no RB. And since your sinning so many games, when you still need help, don't expect to get a high draft pick either. Lucky f*cks, stop buying off the referees.
rayprils
Bottom line, Parcell has not won a super bowl without Belichick and even Ty Law said this comment on The Best Damn Show last week. It's the facts. He's just lucky. Wait till this weekend and see the Patriot beat that ass. You watch.
@DCGoldPants
you're welcome....however, we saw what Tampa did to you fine folks....and what Carolina does to them. In the grand sceme of the NFC. Dallas might have the $$ record but would lose to the St. Louis, Green Bay's and Carolina's of the NFC.

Well how many Superbowls has Spurrier or Snyder won? I guess the fact say they will never win any. :hammer: :hammer: :hammer:

Henry
Interesting. I would assume a Cowboy fan would root against us no matter the circumstance. I know I never root for the Cowboys ever. The fact that, even at 7-2, you are so insecure about your Cowboys that you need to root for us to help you out is quite telling, and brings a smile to my face this morning. So thanks for the pick-me up, flash. Not that I needed it. And you're welcome.
Red&BlueRivalry
The Cowboys are going to have their hands full against the Patriots. I'm not rooting for or against any team yet to give Dallas home field advantage. The Cowboys could be out of the NFC home field advantage in just one week after the Patriots game. Tough team but I'm glad it's the Patriots and not Chiefs or Titans.

So thanks for the pick-me up, flash. Not that I needed it. To each their own. The fate of Dallas is always priority #1 for me. If Washington winning is more helpful to us, then that is what I want to happen. I'm pretty sure only one of our teams will be playing football in January anyway. You trying to turn this into security issues is what puts a smile on my face. As long as Dallas has the drivers seat to home field advantage in the entire NFC, I see no reason not to root for a team with a losing record. Plus it might keep your current coaching regime in place even longer. This is something else I am rooting for!

I guess you haven't looked at your upcoming schedule have you: Nov. 16 @New England 8:30 PM ET Nov. 23 Carolina 1:00 PM ET Nov. 27 Miami 4:05 PM ET Dec. 7 @Philadelphia 1:00 PM ET Dec. 14 @Washington 1:00 PM ET Dec. 21 NY Giants 1:00 PM ET Dec. 28 @New Orleans 1:00 PM ET There is a chance you can end up at 8-8 so I wouldn't be tooting that horn so soon. You win this week then my hat is off to all cowboy fans.

Can you feel the love? :grouphug: But just to clarify, there's only one team in the NFL I root for. I watch all other teams dispassionately and objectively, which is why I was 7-3 against the spread yesterday. And as badly as I'd like to see the Cowboys all alone atop the NFC, I can't help but think that the Panthers are going to give you guys some serious problems. We'll probaby just have to beat them ourselves in Week 12.

You wanna know why? Because only half of the season is over. Half. If this were week 15, that's a different story. Anything can happen...the Redskins have the potential to go 11-5; or 4-12...the cowboys could go 7-9; or they could go 14-2. The reality of it is that YOU DON"T KNOW. So don't root for the skins ever. We certainly don't need you to. And... I actually agree w/ one of your points- I hope we do keep our current coaches! So...think about what you say before you type it, because you may end up w/ your foot-in-your-mouth (or your head-in-your-ass!)

Sure, Dallas could lose every game left. Fortunately, after seeing them play 9 times, I feel pretty confident that they won't. I have also seen Washington play all but one game this year and I am pretty confident that you will continue your losing ways and yesterday was just an anomoly....One that benefited Dallas. So again, thanks!
freakofthesouth
And here's something else for all 'other fans' that post on here... We have no problem w/ you coming on here and pitching a respectable argument. But, when you start saying stupid sh*t, like "thanks, redskins!," for making the cowboys look better, then take a good look in the mirror. Just look at yourself. You're on a friggin' redskins website, looking to gather fellow cowboys fans. YOU LOSE. If this is you, YOU LOST IN LIFE. If you have so much spare time, that you post on your team's rivals' websites, then you need counseling. Seriously.

The second or third week in the season doesn't count. You have New England (who we beat), Carolina (who we will beat), all coming up, so that gives you your opportunity.
