Look at Chicago moving them to a suburban area or Martha's vinyard moving them to a military base.  Or the mayor of DC wanting to deploy the national guard to “help”

Forensic News’ Scott Stedman did a deep dive into the disturbing financials of Vertol Systems Company Inc. (VSC), the Destin, Florida aviation company awarded $615,000 by the Florida Department of Transportation for “relocation program of unauthorized aliens.”

 

Stedman writes:

Archived versions of VSC’s website, which was deleted sometime after the last capture on August 2nd, show that the company claimed that it was “the only civil company currently operating Russian helicopters in the United States.”

 

Stedman notes that shipping records support this claim. Most records indicate VSC has imported parts and equipment from a “little-known Ukrainian company called Avexcom, whose ultimate beneficiary could not be established.” However other records show that VSC has “imported helicopters directly from Russian government-owned corporations.” That includes a 2018 transaction for $48 million, in 2018, with a company that’s a subsidiary of a state-owned and controlled holding company.

 

That company and its subsidiary were sanctioned in 2022, by the Biden administration, for producing helicopters used by Russia in its war against Ukraine.

 

Under Donald Trump, however, the U.S government awarded the company a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan of $255,585 on April 13, 2020.

 

According to Judd Legum, VSC also donated $10,000 to the Republican Party of Florida, in 2019 and nearly $8,000 directly or to a PAC in support of Rep. Matt Gaetz:

 

 

We can't say that any kickbacks occurred here but there sure seems to be a lot of smoke.

would you trust an audit done by the trump admin? I sure as hell would not. But I also would not trust an audit done by the biden admin on florida or texas since they are the political opposition

I get the pessimism, but I'm not that concerned about Biden cooking the books in any investigation considering what journalists have already turned up.  If you don't trust what's already come out then this isn't about "trust".

 

It's really never gonna be about an entity "everybody trusts", the only event our opinion will come into play is if there's a jury, and that's a process as well.  And honestly, that's fair.

To me, it's a binary choice. The party of authoritarian nationalism or the party against it. 

The gop did not do that one portion of it did. However when you have an authoritarian leftist party and a an authoritarian right wing party you have very bad government.

 

I am a Reagan Republican. I however have not voted for a republican for president for 22 years .
The problem with our politics today is we hate the other party and what ever the party we like does is fine by a majority of the members of that party.

 

My issue with the democrats (party leaders)is quite simple - they want everyone to be put in some category - race - sex - religion ect and they want everyone to think and act like they want or you are an evil what ever term of the day is used.

My issue with the gop is very different, they talk about the constitution, spending, taxes and limited government but when in power dont do anything they run on.

both parties are corrupt as hell and both parties are there to do one thing use government to enrich their members, friends and families, and only attacking one party allows the other to get away with corruption.

What information?

 

You called it a federal document. It doesn't list any federal resources and it's very amateurish. If it's legit as you're claiming it should be trivial to show us where you found that info.

Arrests at Southwestern Border Exceed 2 Million in a Year for the First Time

 

For the first time, the number of arrests of undocumented immigrants along the southwestern border exceeded two million in one year, according to newly released government data, continuing a historic pace of undocumented immigrants coming to the country.

 

The number of arrests at the border increased slightly from July to August, with a total of more than 2.1 million for the first 11 months of the 2022 fiscal year, which ends on Sept. 30.

In an unusual step, Biden administration officials gave some reporters a background briefing on Monday before Customs and Border Protection’s routine monthly release of data. Officials noted that the number of removals over the past year — more than 1.3 million — was more than any previous year.

 

The administration in recent months has tried to steer clear of immigration issues as the midterm elections approach and Republicans campaign on the message that the border is unsecured. Last week, two Republican governors paid for dozens of immigrants who were released from government custody to be transported to Massachusetts and Washington, D.C., an escalation of efforts to show Democratic areas inside the country what it is like on the southwestern border.

 

The immigrants sent to those locations crossed the southwestern border without documentation and underwent security screenings by border officials before they were released into the country temporarily to face removal proceedings.

Your issue with the democrats is that the party leaders want everyone to be considered equal and treated humanely and fairly?

Well at least now I know you don't understand what a sanctuary city (or community in the case of MV) is.

Correct.  A real government form will have an alphanumeric code that includes a " - " in it.

These political stunts are dumb all the way around,  and they avoid a solution.  We are not even having a public debate over possible solutions. 

 

Can the Governors talk about what they think Federal immigration policy in a divided government should look like?  I am so sick of "election pandering".  If the parties spent 2 years working on debating and crafting national policy... the stunts are more forgivable.  All they are doing is shouting talking points at each other. 

 

They should be talking. 

"How much wall we need, what sticks do we put on employers and what is the focus, timeframe and path to citizenship for the x million of US residents living without legal status for decades."  

 

Period.  End of discussion... actually... beginning of discussion..

 

We have a bunch of losers running the country all around who treat "pandering for votes" as leadership.
