Peregrine Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 I really hope people arent taking that whole prediction thing seriously. I mean, they have the Vikings at only 12%, and the Giants at 42%. This is the 6-10 Giants who REGRESSED from the year before, and were only 6-10 because they beat the Redskins twice, and have what looks to be a disaster of an offensive line. And this is the 7-9 Vikings who were better than the year before, lost 4 very tight games, and who only had 2 losses versus losing teams. Conn Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 I find the nickname thing this early to be stupid, BUT, on the other hand, it will be nice to have an entire unit that knows they're talented and will push each other. The success of the DL will ripple through our entire defense (and due to TOP and field position, the offense as well), so if we are going to surprise this year the only reasonable non-QB cause that I can think of would be a dominant DL living up to its own hype. Even before Scott I think the Skins understand you can't go down this road, but if you do you sure as hell better have a very strong organization to absorb it. Not because they will or won't sign him, but there going to learn real soon the true price of signing Hardy. Man I would love hearing a live Mic of the offensive lineman standing directly across from him week after week play after play. Those would create some ratings.
