Without looking it up, I’m trying to guess if a rhubarb is a red fruit, a grain, or a large spoon.

It looks like red celery.  Not great when raw, but tart and good with strawberries when cooked.

Leftovers and freezer meal on the grill this evening.

 

Frozen Trader Joe’s turkey burgers seasoned with pineapple siracha rub, grilled red onions and pineapple, with avocado and a teriyaki Siracha mayo concoction.  The ketchup is for the frozen bag fries we threw in the air fryer.  Pretty damn good for a meal that wasn’t coordinated.

Aldi had a special on all the Wahlburgers stuff this week.  Burger patties, bacon, pickles, Wahl sauce.  The son wanted to try it so I picked it all up and put this together this evening.

I gotta say I’m a fan of the Wahlbugers hamburger. Surprised me.

Well, technically that's a BLTOC&A.  With twice as many ingredients, so while I'm sure it's an excellent sandwich (perhaps better than a BLT), it's not a BLT and shouldn't be claimed as such.

For extra transgression you could call it a BLTACO since it's not a taco either.

Made Spatch**** chicken. It’s super super good. Nice and tinder and juicy. I need to figure out how to make the skin nice and crispy tho. Low and slow cook, so I didn’t expect it. But if I could get it, would be perfect. 
 

Ant ideas?

Toss in oven on broil for a couple minutes after you pull from grill

The fresh slices of tomato do it for me.  Bacon goes without saying and lettuce is a welcome ingredient but it's still just lettuce.  I also agree with the CA style BLT-A....!
