My guess is most are recruited to the elite schools. Maryland is a second tier program (maybe third) right now. I wonder how many 5 *s flop? I suspect a good percentage of them. I heard Richardson may have some eligibility issues (test scores and classes) so he cant actually sign yet. Also he may play LB. That is a huge need.
