If the Jackson thing did happen, he should've kept his mouth shut about it. Why undermine your organization and the coaches that bench or play you??

He was saying that story wasn't true, he was protecting the organization. The dropped ball thing was kind of funny.

Well, I didn't hear the junkies so skins1206 must be reporting incorrectly. I'm glad he didn't agree with the story.

He did say a lot of the players were mad because someone was telling some newspapers something, of course anonymously. About the meeting he was in it but Spurrier was not since it was just special teams.

Didn't hear the interview, but if he said the players were mad about leaks, thats a good sign.

he said it wasnt true but then when they asked him a few questions he basically said it happened and then were laughing and they asked him if spurrier was there and he said no. Cant remember exactly what they asked him but i know he eventually admitted it.

He admitted to being in the room and the Stock asking about Jackson. The Spurrier thing was all made up in the press.

where have you been?

From the Post:

Sources confirmed a New York Times report that special teams coach Mike Stock was unaware that defensive end Ladairis Jackson had been released when he pointed out a mistake by Jackson during a meeting Tuesday. But Spurrier said he had been aware that Jackson had been cut and attributed the confusion to "a misunderstanding."

It's been talked about/posted countless times already...

Here's the original NY Times story
