98ORAKPO98
Now that Peyton Manning has evened things up with Tom Brady in the postseason at 2-2, and played extremely well in doing so quieting the notion that he doesn't play well in big games during the playoffs, who will be considered the better quarterback when they decide to hang em' up? 88Comrade2000
Brady. Brady has been to 5 Superbowls, winning 3 of them. Manning will now have been to 3 superbowls and at best he can win 2 Superbowls. Brady will have been to more Superbowls and won more Superbowls than Manning. Fred Jones
There are others players on the field and coaches on the sideline. Brady had better teams (players) when he won the SB's. Manning was his team. Both great QB, but I think head to head is difficult because it is not even.

ejay183
Not to mention, he broke Brady's TD and yardage records in the regular season. And he will be back next year too. It should have been Manning's record this whole time. When Brady broke Manning's TD record by 1, he threw 2 TDs in the final game of the season to beat the Giants and finish undefeated in the regular season. When Manning set the record, he did it in the second to last game of the season. He started the last game of the season, but only played for 2 or 3 drives without any TDs before being pulled. Voice_of_Reason
They're both awesome. If Peyton wins, he'll have 2SBs in 3 appearances. Brady has 3 SBs in 5 appearances. Peyton will have the stats. It's not all about SBs. But playoff record does matter. Brady's is better. He gets the nod for me. Though I like watching Peyton play more. Both of them are probably in the top 4 of all time discussion with Montana and Elway. Some would put Favre in there as well. I wouldn't. But to the point that people like to just point to SBs, I ask you this: at this moment, Aikman and Brady have the same number of SBs. Aikman's career ended with some really bad cowboy teams, and he didn't have the cast to get back there. Are they comparable? Is Aikman better than manning because of his 3 rings? Bradshaw is looking down at all of them with his 4 rings. But nobody ever includes him as one of the greatest. If I had 1 game to win, and a set supporting cast so the comparison was equal, and I had to choose one QB to play that game in all of history, I'd probably go Montana, Elway, Brady, Peyton. But I'd take any of them and be pretty damn happy.
Redskins and Lions
Gotta be Peyton. 98ORAKPO98
I think the debate between Tom and Peyton is close, but if Peyton wins a couple more super bowls, which I think he will win against the Seahawks, he'll be far and away the best QB of all time. Until RG3 passes him of course.
Ozymandias
But you can be if you win a Superbowl with 2 different teams. Absolutely. People fail to see that point. If Manning wins this superbowl, the debate will get even better.

KuNiT21
Brady and it's not even an argument. If he wins his 2nd superbowl it makes for a good debate, but at the end of the day Brady is better. Brady wins with nothing all the time, Manning always has unbelievable weapons around him to make him better. If Brady had the weapons the Colts had (Dallas Clark/Harrison/Wayne) he would have won 5 superbowls with that roster. Brady would be licking his chops if he had WR cores like Manning did.
