Poll:Does Dan Snyder hire a traditional GM?

This should be the real question asked.

 

If we want this franchise to be successful long term; then the most important question that needs to be asked.  Will Dan Snyder hire a traditional GM and let them run the show?

 

 

I felt this should've be a separate post and felt it should be a poll.

I think Dan makes an attempt but gets rebuffed by all the potential GMs that people have mentioned in other posts.  So, Dan just ends up promoting someone already with the Skins  and then that person along with Bruce and Dan go after a new coach.
