Dan T.
I just came here to post this. Way to go San Francisco. You win City of the Year for this. Here's good Morning America's account of the hero's day, with video and pics: http://gma.yahoo.com/batkids-wish-transforming-san-francisco-gotham-155349908--abc-news-topstories.html

Bliz
It is a great story, but this... http://www.today.com/moms/holy-batkid-5-year-old-cancer-patients-wish-comes-true-2D11603304 "The duo first rescued a damsel-in-distress who was sitting on a cable car track with a green plastic canister tied to her back. It bore several question marks – the infamous mark of the Joker." <facepalm> and, as if to prove that this was not simply a one-time slip, the writer again refers to the joker in the next paragraph: "When Batkid arrived on the scene, he ran to a springboard and did an acrobatic jump onto a cushy landing pad. Then he rushed to the damsel and quickly pulled plastic cables from the canister to defuse the Joker’s device. The woman leaned in to hug her rescuer. Hundreds of supporters watching from the sidewalk cheered. "
