steveo21
Sorry guys. Looks like it was taken down. http://www.bleedingcool.com/2013/10/04/original-teaser-trailer-for-the-new-godzilla-appears-online/ Feeling slightly optimistic about this one ! nuposse87
seems considerably more dark than the previous one they released in the late 90s. I'll probably end up seeing it.

China
Same here...it says: Here’s the trailer that brought the roof down at San Diego Comic-Con two summers ago. Thanks to countless Little Bleeders for the heads up. TOO LATE – SORRY That voiceover is audio of Robert Oppenheimer expressing his regret for his part in the development of the nuclear bomb by reading from The Bhagavad Gita. It’s obviously very resonant, though I do recall that some at Comic Con considered this to be in bad taste. I’m not sure who found this first but it’s been hanging out online for a few weeks and in very good quality. Mysterious. Part of a viral campaign, maybe? CRobi21
Not really a fan of remakes of a remake. However, I am a fan of remakes of a remake of the remake. So I think I'll just catch the next remake after this remake.

Riggo-toni
Another Godzilla movie? Seriously?
Renegade7
It's been a while since we had a truly dark Godzilla. My understanding is this is more inline with original 1954 movie then any of the cheesy sequels. Having said that, I've always been a sucker for him tearing up towns or going up against badies like King Ghidohra. Having American technology combined with original Godzilla production company will make up for the fact we have basiclly new monsters in this movie. I mean, seriously, Heisenburg and Kickass are both going to be in this, so it shouldn't be too bad : )

TheGoodBits
There seems to be an appropriate amount of death, destruction, and despair in this version. I'll definitely check it out.

sacase
Oh how about we correct a long standing mistake and call the movie Gojira. Otherwise looks like it has potential. Only question is Gojira going to look like the original one or more like the Matthew Broderick raptor one?
Mr. Sinister
Looks like the Matthew Broderick raptor one... That was a good trailer though. I have literally no idea why, but I am very much looking forward to this movie in the spring.
nuposse87
first trailer looked darker and better. I'll still see this movie prolly but I can't be the only one who thinks a bunch of dudes jumping out of an airplane are going to be inconsequential to godzilla as he ravages a city. With all the lab people in the trailer, I can't help but wonder if this is one of those "oh **** our experiment done ****ed up" type plots. I also hope this doesn't end up like the transformers series, like one giant GM/military commercial.
Destino
BIG LIZARD DESTROYS CITY. IM IN. Perfectly stated. It could be the same foam suit from the original and I'd probably still watch it.
